I'd use it again.
Used in a Scottish style maple sap ale and it got to 8.2% in 8 days at about 62°. Fairly vigorous for the temperature.

Currently 5L cask-conditioning a Scottish Wee Heavy and would like to bottle condition this after 3 months in the Scotch/Irish whiskey oak cask. What's the best way to bottle condition? Thanks!

BEST ANSWER: If you are working from a kit that you bought through Midwest supply, my suggestion would be to follow the instructions for bottle conditioning, but cut the priming sugar in half. Too highly carbonated of a Wee Heavy that is cask conditioned will take away some of the complexities of the cask.
