DetailsOur small tubing clamp fits either the 5/16" or 3/8" inch tubing. A clamp can allow you to control the rate of flow while siphoning, or use it while you are filling your bottles. Simply clamp it tight to stop the flow, and open it up when you are ready for the liquid to begin again.

11 months agoLeaks slightly but you cant beat the price and I'd buy anotherleaks slightly when clamped but its a good price and I'd still buy it again. I have another one from Amazon and it leaks the same... I don't think you're going to find a perfect one for under a buck so I'll give it 5 stars. :)August 6, 2013ehhhhhNot really a useful tool so I perfected siphoning without getting any sediment. No need for this thing if you get good with the siphon.May 22, 2013Cheap but basically uselessUnless I am doing something wrong this is totally useless. It is very cheap but if it doesn't work why waste 59 cents.April 11, 2013clampThis is a handy little unit as it will let you control the speed of your siphon...or pinch it off all together. I don't use it every time, but it has come in handy.April 9, 2013Great/necessary piece of equipment. This is necessary to stop the trub from going into your bottling bucket. The seal can be pretty decent you just have to clip it tightly. I've never personally had any issues with it leaking trub into the bottling bucket. They can be somewhat fragile so having a few on hand is a good idea, especially for the price.March 20, 2013Not quite as useful as I thoughtI purchased this because it was part of the beginner's kit, but it doesn't work nearly as well as I'd like. At full clamping, it only slows down the flow through a 5/16" tube, and I don't really think it slows it that much. Honestly, I don't really see that much use for it with my setup anyway, so I wouldn't necessarily recommend this for your average brew setup.March 13, 2013Great gadgetThis tubing clamp works great when siphoning your brew/ wine. Keep it towards the lower end of the tubing and you can quickly cut off the flow before any sediment gets through. It has helped me keep my creations sparkling clear.February 22, 2013Priced Right but Finky and need TwoI have trouble with getting a slow pull of the wort with this clamp. I ended up having to use two of these in order to get the slow flow rate that I want. I have to use it on the most closed setting and even that puts too much liquid through, if I go one step more then the flow stops fully.January 18, 2013Good in series or as a back-upI use this as a back-up for my bottling wand, sometimes moving bottles around or whatever you hit the nozzle and beer or wine starts flowing. I set this clamp to help prevent spills, if not using a wand I suggest using two, as I agree a single clamp still allows a little to flow around the sides.December 31, 2012
