Drank young it shows dry, spicy notes and endless red berries. With cellaring the Italians say that it is 'like drinking velvet', for its polished, integrated tannins.

4.7 / 5.03 ReviewsA bit over oakedFollowing directions exactly, the wine is somewhat over-oaked; rough tannins. I would recommend either blending with an unoaked wine, or removing the oak at an earlier time than suggested.August 23, 2018Purchased

over 2 years agoNebi grapes are exquisite!Just finished 30 days of clearing on the Italian Nebbiolo and bottled. It was pretty good before clearing but now - it's excellent! Is exceptionally smooth, smooth, smooth and the hint of rose and red berry is a great finish. This will go fast among friends here so will be buying more to set aside and age for holiday gifts. We're big Merlot fans here, and this red is totally delightful. Tim and crew have another winner. Well done.June 11, 2018Purchased

This kit does come with labels but I would suggest only putting them on bottles you plan on giving away or ones you plan on storing for long-term. It contains the juice, dropped raisins, oak, yeast, kieselsol, chitosan, potassium metabisulfite, and potassium sorbate.
