DetailsSweet Orange Peel is used in many different styles of beer. Most notably in Belgian Wit's, but many American wheat's are using sweet orange peel as well. You get a flavor that is much like Grand Marinier or Cointreau. Use 1/2 - 1 ounce in a 5 gallon batch of beer. Add the peels with 15 minutes left of the boil.
