4.8 / 5.014 ReviewsGood for rackingI use 6 feet of this on my auto siphon for transfering beer from the fermentor to the bottling bucket. I rinse it with water immediately after using. I made the mistake once of letting it sit while I bottled and I was never able to get it clean again. I replace it yearly anyway.August 15, 2013Quality and a fair priceGood tubing. Arrived quickly and was well packaged.February 3, 2016Good price for good tubingSolid design and construction. Hooks up easily to other products for transferring liquid. Sometimes it can be hard to disconnect. This stuff comes clean pretty well too. Just hang it to fully dry before storing.August 15, 2013Check your lengthThe tubing itself worked well and is what you would expect. Cheaper than what I could get at my local hardware store. Make sure to double check the length of your hose. Mine was a few feet short, but Midwest was quick to correct the mistake. Good customer service!August 23, 2013Good qualityI started with this in the equipment kit and ordered a longer section to use with my auto siphon when I upgraded to that. It fits nice, is easy to clean and good quality.September 4, 2013Always have a spare...Have a spare 5 or 6 footer for:_x000D_- a separate hose for the bottler_x000D_- replacing a contaminated hose_x000D_- making an extended carboy for extreme initial fermentation_x000D_- donating to a buddy and feeling awesome.September 29, 2013Buy a lotI replace my siphon line yearly so I don't end up with an infection one day. It's inexpensive and impossible to throughly clean the line so why not toss it after 20 uses?October 23, 2013Worth the moneyI bought this tubing because I got tired of having to switch my tubing from when I use it for bottling and when I use it for racking. So I bought some extra tubing so that I can keep one hose on my autosiphon and another on my filling wand. Voila! Worth the $1.29November 4, 2013Attaches to bottle fillerI use a short length, around 2 inches from my spigot to the filler. It just hangs there where I put bottles underneath, then raise up.November 29, 2013Great priceLast time I checked, Midwest's pricing was better than the big box hardware store in our area. Easy to clean (do so right away, though...don't let it sit and collect sediment...it'll turn into cement before you know it) and enough length for good use. We did need to heat the end with a lighter to get it to fit on the bottling spigot but that just proved it was tightly sealed.December 6, 2013
