Strong bittering hop

Horizon is a good bittering hop for my IPAs. An ounce provides plenty of bittering, more than other bittering hops. In a less alcoholic beer I'd boil them for 45 minutes instead of 60, to cut down on bitterness.

Good flafor

Together with Cascade hops they give a nice flavor to my IPAs. I also use them in Lagers to make a hoppy lager.

Great hops with multi-uses.

This is a great dual-purpose hops that can be used through all the stages of brewing. I've used it for bittering, flavoring, and aroma and honestly I find that it has a good use for each of them. No matter what you use it for, you really cannot go wrong.

Nice Hops

Horizon is a very good dual use hops with some unique traits. It can have a wide range of alpha acid between 10%-16% allowing it to swing in many directions for different uses. It also has a nice flora aroma, as well as provide some citrus fruits flavor.

Great hop for bittering or aroma.

Fantastic hop for either bittering or aroma. I like to use it to dry hop as well to give a little more flavor to my brews.
