I have limited space in a small wine fridge and don't want to buy this if it's making really tall cheese wheels.BEST ANSWER: I've made cheddar and it comes out approx. 4.5 x 4.5 to 5 inches. sleight larger after waxing.Do I need a mold with this press? if yes, which one?BEST ANSWER: No. I use it just as it is. Just sanitize it and put your curds in cheese cloth and press for the type of cheese you are making. I have had no problems. Press works very well .where is this press made?BEST ANSWER: Really don't know but press is very well made and presses cheese very well. Have used a few times and like it real well.
