All the filter pads we offer come in three grades; Coarse, Polishing, and Sterile. The different degrees of filtration allows you to remove as much as you want. If you just want to get the last of the sediment out of your reds, use the coarse level. The polishing grade will make any wine shine and gleam. The sterile grade removes yeast, taking the worry out of bottling your sweet wines.
