3 months agoDelicious Wine!!So far I’ve only pulled a couple of samples from the carboy. But so far it is tasting delicious! It fermented pretty quickly and strong. It has a bit of a bite so but that is common with a Pinot Grigio and some of that will mellow over the next few weeks as it rests. The color is beautiful and bright!!April 7, 2019Purchased

The ingredients are grape juice, yeast, and chemical additives. The kit, with water you must add to the contents, will yield approximately 30 750 ml bottles of wine in 2 to 4 months' time, depending on the processes you employ in making your wine.If secondary fermenter "6 gallon" carboy is full, how does one add the reserve pouch if there is no room?BEST ANSWER: The reserve packet is added after secondary fermentation has been completed and as part of the stabilizing and clarifying step . Prior to stabilizing and clarifying the fermented mask is racked into a an additional carboy leaving behind a certain amount of sediment and must. This should give you enough room for the additional reserve packet. If not rack a portion of the fermented Must and into an additional container and use to top off the carboy after stabilizing and clarifyingis this a sweet wine?BEST ANSWER: Mine is still in secondary but it finished very dry. There is a small bag to back sweeten, but I would t call it a sweet wine.
