Most orders ship within one to two business days from date of purchase. FedEx delivers Tuesday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Since 90% of our orders are residential deliveries, it only makes sense to offer Saturday delivery by request. If you require overnight or 2 day shipping, please keep these points in mind:
- The cutoff time for overnight or 2 day shipping is 3 p.m. (CST)
- After 3 p.m. (CST), your order will ship the next business day
- After 3 p.m. (CST) Friday, your order will ship the following Monday, excluding holidays
- Transit times do not include weekend delivery.
- If a customer cancels an order after the product has shipped and the products are returned to Midwest, the customer will be refunded the product purchase price less shipping costs. Once again, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

- Returns & Replacements
- The customer is always right. That is our motto at Midwest. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items for an exchange or receive a refund for purchase price (less shipping) within 30 days of the purchase date, with original receipt. Packages must have a Return authorization number(RA#) or they will be returned to sender. If you receive a damaged item in your original shipment, please notify us first before taking any action and keep all packaging materials.
