I usually buy and use the Re Star Montrachet yeast. I decided and try this and my wine turned out great. Fermentation did get stuck and the yeast did its job. No off flavors or anything either. Will be buying again.

This yeast is incredibly active. Never had an issue with the fermentation process using this yeast.

i got this yeast when i had a stuck batch. started vary quickly and got a good batch out of it.

Neutral taste and attenuates fully. You can use it for soda also, but it might attenuate too much for beer.
A good yeast.

I've used this yeast for several different wines and I am always very pleased. The yeast is very active and starts up quickly. Finished quite neutral and doesn't very an off taste like some of the other strains do. I have had good luck with this on all of my fruit wines and would definitely recommend it!

I purchased several packets of this yeast for making cider. I was looking for a yeast that would produce a relatively neutral flavor and this fit the bill. Very affordable compared to liquid yeast.
