- Dale Kohlmetz
- Join Dale for this basic cheese making class. He'll explain the types of cheese, which kinds of milk work best, how the different cultures and rennets work, the effect of various temperatures and the aging process. There will be samples of several cheeses as well. Dale will start a batch of soft cheese so you can see how to separate the curds from the whey. Join us for this informative class on home cheese making.
