Unlike our brewing classes, which focus on the process of brewing, this class focuses on the vast array of equipment available to you and how to make a wise investment to best suit your home brewery for years to come. John has more equipment upgrades than he cares to mention, but is here to assist the inquisitive (or obsessive) brewer. No matter if you are new to brewing or looking to upgrade, this class will help everyone on their next home brewery expansion.

  • It's time to start making wine from your backyard harvest!  When it's ready to pick, instead of turning it all into pies or letting it go to waste, learn to make delicious rhubarb wine!  Beth will walk you through the winemaking process from start to bottling and will pass along a few tips to help you make a great batch of wine you'll want to share with your family and friends.You will see how easy it really is and be able to make a few wines from rhubarb as well.

  • Intro to Kegging

  • Tired of bottling your beer?  Stop in for the Intro to Kegging class to learn the basics of kegging your beer at home.  Randy will explain the "ins" and "outs" of kegging and force carbonating your beer, as well as sodas, sparkling water, hard ciders and even wine!  You may want to hang out for his follow up class of "Building a Keezer (or keggerator)".  This step in the brewing process will take your brewing to a whole new level!

  • Instructor: Randy U.
  • This is the perfect time of year to turn your old freezer or refrigerator into a Keezer.  Keep kegs of your favorite beers, as well as soda and other beverages perfectly chilled and on tap over the hot summer months! Randy will help you figure out the best way to build the keezer for your space.  You will never want to go back to bottling beer again.
