Steeping: 3 days

Yield:1 serving
You can use any cold brew (or even regular brewed coffee, you animal) for this cocktail. But I’m going to go ahead and geek out here: I highly recommend giving the Jacked Up version a try. The nitro completely changes the texture and taste, giving it a creaminess that works perfectly with the rest of the ingredients.
Ingredients
- Agave tequila
- 2-3 vanilla beans, split
- 2 oz. Cold Brew Coffee
- Peace Coffee 2nd Crack Stout or your favorite Stout
- Splash of Crème de cacao
Directions
- Split vanilla pods and steep in agave tequila for 3 days.
- Remove pods, then add 2 oz infused tequila to a chilled pint glass.
- Pour your stout, mix in cold brew and top with a splash of crème de cacao.
About the Chef
Craig BlumLong before I was a brewer, I started out as a restaurant line cook and then worked my way all the way up to Executive Chef. So great beer AND great food are never far from my mind. I don’t miss the frantic pace of the restaurant world. But I do love taking what I learned there and putting my own homebrew spin on it. The best of both worlds!
