Patterned after some of Belgium's most unique and famous ales, our kit yields a beer that looks innocent in the glass but packs a delicious wallop. The secret is a high percentage of candi sugar, an easily fermentable sugar that ratchets up the beer's strength while keeping the body light and easy to drink. Smooth mouthfeel, sweet, floral maltinesss, and rich spiciness from hops and yeast.

Just put it oak barrel for aging, added a few of my own ingredients which will only make a good recipe better. 4 stars until I taste it

Not really able to review final product as is still in my primary. Cooked it 4 weeks ago. Last week gave it a cold break for a week. This week warming back up 70 etc. Then will rock it and put it at about 65 degrees for a month. Then rack again for another 4 weeks. Should be ready by the holidays. Feel the longer times are important for imperials.
