An Ale in the finest English Tradition. If you drink too much of this fine Pale Ale, you'll start seeing red double decker buses, hearing the Benny Hill Theme Song, and talking like a bloody idiot. So enjoy in moderation. Seriously, this ale has a rich malty base balanced with pleasantly sharp hop flavor.

Ingredients: 10.5 lbs. Domestic 2-Row barley, 8 oz. Carapils, 8 oz. Crystal 40L Malt, 2 oz. of hops, priming sugar, and yeast.

big ben
This beer has a great creamy head to it. The mouth feel is full but not bittered. A terrific beer and turn out time is short too.

Nice and refreshing!
Everything was packaged well upon arrival and I was pleased with the quality of the ingredients. This is a medium body ale with smooth feel, good aroma and great flavor. I will get this one again.
My definition of an ale
Great mouth feel, beautiful creamy white head. First sip gives a slightly sweet maltiness, then a mild sour/ hops flavor along the sides of the tongue, and after you swallow a perfect balance of hops and malt. You may find it difficult to drink just one, I'm always wanting just one more sip!

Love it!
Reviewer named Gary describes it perfectly. Tried my first one after two weeks in the bottle. Maybe should let it go a little longer but can't stay out of it. This is one of the lower priced all grain kits but it makes a great beer. Will for sure be buying this one again.

OUTSTANDING!
i mashed this kit right at 155 degrees for an hour then sparged... primary for a week then secondary for a week and bottle conditioned for a week... by far this is the best beer i have made, i will be buying this again very shortly.
