Light to medium bodied, this dry wine shows lime, pear, mango, and stone fruit notes, good minerality and hints of honey and almond in the finish. Great with lighter dishes: snapper, sea bass, oysters or salads with goat cheese.

Great Customer Service. Too early too comment on the wine for the juice still fermenting.
This was the first Master Vintner Sommelier Select kit I had made. Truly exceptional! Don't rush the clearing stage, and give the batch plenty of time to age in bulk in your last carboy. No need to filter, it cleared crystal clear. Needless to say, I have bought several more of these kits, and also just bottled the Montepulciano, also by Master Vintner and at first sip, also going to be a nice dry red.
This turned out to be an excellent Pinot Grigio, even at bottling. Although I did put a few of my own personal touches on this, I would highly recommend this kit for any Pinot lovers. A well bodied white wine with plenty of fruit flavors and well balanced acidity. Cheers!!
Sti a work in progress. Started a bit high 1.095 SG, flavors good so far.
Added 8-oz. of commercial west-coast wildflower honey to primary fermenter to support 7 gallons of finished wine. Early assessments of bottled product are good to excellent, marred only by demurrals of the high (15%) alcohol content. Unlike many earlier attempts, this batch clarified to a crystal-clear honey yellow.
