Be prepared a bit of brain power and commitment

I thought this was going to be a step by directions kind of a think but there are so many variables and things you need to understand before you can get started. More complicated than I expected. On the other hand, the kit does provide you with the tools and the information you need to know. It would have been nice it were explained in a little more detail how to use the equipment such as the Siphoning tool and the airlock contraption. I’m pretty sure I did both things incorrectly. I also made the sterilizing solution, used it in everything and then dumped it but it would have been good to know that I should save it to use each time I have to test it and get the supplies dirty. Right now I’m in the second fermentation process and am waiting to bottle it. You need to buy the bottles and corking kit separately, it doesn’t come with those. I will say the company was helpful when I had questions, I emailed them and the got back to me with answers.
