Product Details

Your new favorite session beer. Dense layers of malt, caramel, baking chocolate, and a hint of light-roast coffee give way to reveal a hop character you'll be surprised to find if you're used to drinking English brown ale.

If you enjoyed Reindeer Spit, Black Dog Ale, or Big River Brown Ale, you'll love this kit!

Starting with complex layers of toasty malt, sweet caramel, dark chocolate and delicate coffee notes, Caribou Slobber then migrates to a curious hop character you may not be expecting to find in an English Brown Ale. Sporting a fluffy coat of tan foam, Caribou Slobber sips with a medium body and finishes with a rich, lingering and luscious mouthfeel. It would behoove you to brew this delicious and elaborate session-strength Brown Ale.

Caribou running

I have brewer a half dozen batches of Caribou Slobber and it is a favorite with my friends. The kit is the best way to go. Just add water, well almost. Keep up the great work.

Good brown ale. Somewhat sweet.

I don't know what the point of reviewing is. They keep changing the recipes so few of them have reviews.

Caribou

First time for this particular version of this beer but just as easy as the others. It's still a couple weeks out before I can drink it but I think it will be as good as the others.
