Irish ales are malty, smooth, and many, like our kit, are a rich copper-red color. Great taste, drinkability, and low aging requirements make this our best-selling kit.
Irish ales are malty, smooth, medium-bodied, and most, like our kit, are a deep copper-red color that is created by a blend of specialty malts. Our malt blend also gives this recipe its signature toasty and sweet aroma and flavor.
Another defining characteristic of Irish Red Ales are their immense drinkability — definitely a crowd-pleasing beer. Its great taste, drinkability, and low aging requirements make this one of our best-selling kits.

I've brewed this several times, one of our favs!
Ya'll market beer kits without yeast packets? Send me some glass laboratory flasks. I'll breed my own yeast.
This is my second brew. This brew kit instructions were similar to the first. I've found that if you follow the brewing instructions included with the kit, and follow scrupulous sanitation practices you can't go wrong. The Irish red ale was flavorful and easy to drink. I'll gladly brew this one again
Irish Red is a nice middle of the road brew that even most people who shy away from home brew because of the particular strength or flavor, can enjoy. Irish Red is one of my annual brews.
Brewed it before and I’ll brew it again. This is a good recipe requested by many friends.
