Good fresh hops

I recently used these hops in a gose I brewed. Even though I used a small amount, they made a nice contribution to the end product.

Standard hop variety

This a bittering hop with strong flavors. Probably not the best for IPAs especially as a stand alone hop. With sales and darker beers in lower doses it can be pretty nice

High AAU bittering

Nugget is good for bittering, and nicer than some of the rough higher AAU hops._x000D_It can be used for dry hopping to get a nice aroma. They go well with Cascade hops, in an IPA.

Has a herbal aroma

The aroma isn't strong, but that can be ok depending on the beer, like a stout._x000D_I turn off the heat, then add these in for 15 minutes while the pot sits, covered._x000D_They might add a little flavor doing this, but not much,

Goes well in a Stout

I used this as my bittering hop in a Stout. The bitterness was balanced by the malt, and matched the roastiness of the barley.
