Weekday wine 🍷

Many times these wines turnout better than the more expensive kits, very happy with the product 👍

Pino Noir

Every thing went well from mixing to bottling. As the wine is very young, it’s hard to determine the quality yet, but I believe this is the next best method to a fresh must with much less effort and room for error.

Excellent wine- compares even newly made to some very good ones I have had

There were a lot more steps than I realized, requiring a lot of preparations, cleaning, etc. which took up a good bit of time, but the results are decidedly worthwhile- even just made, it is very good, so aging should make it comparable to some Oregon Pinots I love.
