Briess Dry Malt Extract- Pilsen is the lightest colored brewer's grade malt extract available. Use alone for light-colored beers, or with specialty malts to brew beers of all styles. Excellent for boosting gravity and yeast propagation.

Made from Pilsen Malt and Carapils® Malt.

Color: 2.0 ° Lovibond.

Usually available in 4lb, 5lb was a little cheaper and what I needed. Good product. Would buy again.

Great for beer and pretzels, but man don't try eating it by the spoon full.

Good for those low IBU recipes where you want the whirlpool and dry hops to be front and center and not fighting the malt for attention.
