Great malt. Used as a blend for a saison but could stand alone in Pilsners or Lagers. Will buy again for traditional style brewing.

Very nice wheat malt. Good clean flavor, seems to lauter very well, even with non-malted wheat in the picture. Would definitely recommend!!
