Captivating flavors of green apple and tropical fruit enhance an upfront floral bouquet in this medium-bodied golden wine. It will develop to reveal layers of ripe fruit and integrated oak.
This is about Day 45 for this Chardonnay. The taste and color are outstanding. I only used about half the oak provided because I don’t like oaky Chardonnay. The flavor of the fruit is really aging through. Probably made 100 wines and highly recommend this one.

This is the third kit of Chardonnay and they have been very good!
