Been wanting to do this kit for quite some time, finally broke down and here we go. Different from many of the other kits I've done, but most frustrating is there are NO printed instructions! Went to the Midwest website and found them by the Syrah page, BUT it tales a Legal size piece of paper to get all of the instructions on one page. How inconvenient! Hope the wine makes up for the frustration! Not 100% pleased!

I bottled the Syrah this week.
The young Syrah has a lovely clear, ruby color. Minimal bouquet. There is a light fruity flavor likely to become fuller bodied with time. Falls in waves.
Waiting in great anticipation for the aged product.

I just started the kit so can’t review the actually final product but what surprised me was that there weren’t any instructions in the box. I went online to find them and fortunately had directions from a different kit which I could use. Others may not have that available.

I have no idea. I jut bottled it yesterday and do not expect it to be ready to even sample for at least 3 months. Everything has been by the book so far.
