Product Details

Created in 1971, the Super Tuscan style blends the fine, dusty tannins and tart cherry of Chianti with the bold, forward fruit and deeper grip of Bordeaux. Full-bodied and dry, with farm-fresh raspberries, bright red cherry and blackberry fruit, licorice, and spice complemented by zesty acidity, and a long, generous finish, rounded out with black pepper, vanilla, and sweet oak.

Acidity makes this a natural with tomato sauces and tannin tackles any rich or unctuous food. Try it with Tuscan-style pork roast, lamb shanks braised in herbed tomato sauce or a wild mushroom lasagne.

Great wine

I love this wine I’ve been making it for at least 10 years now. Good quality wine always tastes the same and it comes with everything you need to make great wine. Best kit I’ve found so far. I let mine age for a year before I bottle it but you can bottle in 4 months if you want. Happy sipping.
