A blend of diammonium phosphate, magnesium sulfate, yeast hulls and vitamin B complex. Use a 1/2 teaspoon per gallon in wine to stimulate fermentation. Use 1/4 teaspoon per gallon in beer to revive a slow or stuck fermentation. Yeast energizer also works well in meads and honey brews to help create a complete fermentation.

Got half a quart of must in a glass jar, 1/4 teaspoon of yeast energizer and the yeast started right up in less than 1 hour! Would definitely buy again.
I have only made one batch with it so far. It does speed things up, but it smell like shit.
when it arived it was in a pink ziploc bag with several yeast packets and the lid had come loose so there was powder all over everything in the bag, i hope it wasnt contaminated by any bacteria in there, i still used it in a batch of wine and mead, we will see what happens
