Un-reinforced flexible silicone tubing with a maximum operating temperature of 500° F perfect for post-boil wort and transferring hot liquids. This tubing will not introduce odor or flavor to your water or wort even at high temperatures. Burst pressure is at 30 PSI at 70° F.
Inner diameter: 3/8"
Nice silicone tubing. Soft & pliable. I have used it for several brews. I mainly use it for hot water sparging or for transfering mash - both are warm enough I didn't want to use pvc tubing. I also use it for transfer of finished beer from carboy to keg. Countless uses!
Oddly, this doesnt fit any 3/8 barb fittings I have without a hose clamp. The non-silicone version fits just fine.
As described Good for hot side
Good quality tubing that can withstand high temperatures and is suitable for pumping hot wort.
Doesn't sag and durable. Its perfect for recirculating hot wort with a pump.
