Wyeast 1318 London Ale III Yeast
Works great, works fast!
Provided a good, steady, healthy, great-smelling (citrus/tropical) fermentation for my NEIPA. I had quite a lot of flaked oats, OG of 1.072, and a 150F mash and the final gravity was near 1.008. Low abv, but still slightly sweet.
Such a great product. Keeps well - Refrigerated for 2 months.
Preped as directed... Added to cooled wort. Fermentation started within 12 hours.
Extreamly active at 70°.
