German Magnum hops give a clean bitter note at the end, a little bit will do you @ (14%AA). Then use your Noble hops (or whatever you like) at the end of the boil for flavor and aroma.
German Magnum Pellet Hops
Good old dependable hop. Magnum says it all. Use it for any IPA unless you fear hop flavor ?
Comes as advertised, don't really know if the German vs. US comparison is necessary, but I have no regrets on choice.
I just used 2.OZ in a black IPa. It had a nice clean flovor. It has high AA and helped bitter my bear. great hop aroma as well.
