Light amber in color and is very sweet and robust. This wildflower is produced by placing hives in prairies and grasslands where bees have access to a wide variety of wild plants. The honey is naturally blended by the bees as they visit many different nectar sources. Unpasteurized, heated to less than 132° F, and strained through a coarse filter.
Note: If using the honey in your beer: Boil 30 minutes for a hint of sweetness, or for 5 to 10 minutes for more residual sweetness. Either way, it will increase the alcohol content of your brew.

Bought this to create a new mead. Delicious goodness in a plastic jug. Starting with the best ingredients will help my mead turn into a wonderful nectar.
Very happy. Crystallized is a good sign of clean preservatives free product
I can only agree. Came completely crystallized which took away a lot of it.
This honey reeks as if it has been cut with malt extract.
Price is fairly decent for honey. But you'd be better off spending your money on some other kind of honey. First, it came completely crystallized. How long has it been sitting around? I know honey is good forever, and different types of honey crystallize more readily, but I expected golden, liquid honey, like in the photo. _x000D__x000D_The taste wasn't spectacular, either. It is a hit or miss with wildflower honey, and this was a miss.
