Great with Muntons Stout , Nutty Brown Ale , Ipa..
I use Munton & Fison DME in all of my brewing. I use the dark DME specifically for stouts. I have found over the years that Munton & Fison consistently delivers fresh ingredients of high quality. Definitely recommend.
My Stout came out with a lower original gravity than I expected. I mixed in a bag of this DME, and helped get it to where it needed to be. Good tasting, and the yeast love it.
Used this as a yeast starter for my oatmeal stout - worked perfectly! Fast & Furious!
It makes a good Porter. All I need to do is steep some specialty grains like Chocolate malt and add some Dark DME and I've got myself a good Porter.
