One of the six original players in Bordeaux wines, Malbec is definitely the burliest, with inky dark color, robust tannins and rich, juicy plum-like flavors. These are backed up by blackberry and black cherry aromas, while an undercurrent of leather and gamey-earthy notes flirts with pepper and tobacco to draw out the finish.
South Americans know Malbec's strength, and they serve it with spicy grilled meat of all kinds--lamb, venison, beef and pork--but it works equally well with robust spicy foods, especially Mexican Mole.

This is a good Malbec kit, it’s in my closet right now bubbling away! We liked this so much, that this is the second batch I’ve made. If you like a good Malbec, I would definitely recommend this one.
Still young in the bottle but, Well balanced and very drinkable.
Malbec Wine Kit - Master Vintner® Winemaker's Reserve
First time making from this brand and turned out better than I expected. Good body and able to ferment dry.
Tried to rack aa extra time to keep away from sediment, but letting it stay in the carboy a little longer....so far taste very good....experimenting to see how leaving in carboy might change the flavor.
