Kit turned out great big hit with my wife
Moscato Wine Kit - Master Vintner® Winemaker's Reserve
Zero issues. This wine needs to age 3-4 months to even out and be smooth. I've made this kit twice now with zero issues. Lot's of splitting hairs about small issues with this kit, but these folks would complain about ice cream being too cold.
I used this to make 8 gallons of moscato/chamomile pyment. I just bottled it a few weeks ago. It came out very nice; like a lullaby in a bottle.
