Brightly fruity, this wine has layers of tropical and citrus fruits, along with herbal notes of fresh cut grass. Bright acidity and a crisp finish make it a natural partner with fish and shellfish or for drinking lightly chilled on a sunny day.

19 Days and you want me to review the product - You're kidding, right? This takes a minimum of 6-weeks to bottling, and you want a review on the product?
I'll give shipping 5-stars....I got what I ordered promptly.
I have yet to begin the fermentation process.
The Master Vintner's Sauvignon Blanc is a standby for Fish Friday. I would describe it as "crisp," as opposed to some of the whites we make which are more mellow. A great benefit of the Sauvignon Blanc is that it is ready to drink much sooner than some of the other whites.
Followed the directions to a tee
Turned out incredible
Still in the fermenter.
Expect it to be just as good as the others I’ve made from Midwest.
I have had many kits before including this one. All kits in the past 12 yearshave been great. This time the kit seems to be full of gas. It has fermented for over a month and shows a lot of bubbles when I rack it or stir it. I would still recommend these kits because one off kit does not make representation all of them.
