Refined, vibrant aromas of peaches, apricots and white fruit with floral and citrus blossom notes when young, this gorgeous pale yellow wine shows nuances of honeycomb, citrus peel, and dried fruits as it ages.
On the palate it's assertive, distinctive and elegant, with juicy white fruit balanced by vivid acidity and a long luscious finish. An excellent food wine, it drinks well on its own and responds to light chilling--serve between 45 ºF and 55 ºF.

This was my first attempt at making wine. Instructions were very good. We have sampled several bottles and have thoroughly enjoyed them!
easy to follow instructions turns into great wine. Midwest was a little slow to deliver to no fault of their own(thanks covid). I will buy from them again in the near future.
The wine finished properly. It is very slow moving from initial SG to the next desired SG. There is no Bentonite at the beginning to take away the impurities in the juice. Overall, the product gets a B+ rating. I prefer the Wine Expert Selection brand over Cru or others in your offered lines of products. Thank you. Drink more wine!!!

The midwest folks have a great operation. Always get orders quickly. Then the kit itself...It is great. I have made a few of these now. Really easy and always turn out great!
Very easy instructions to follow. Just bottled 6 days ago. We opened a bottle tonight with our dinner. Not bad, I think I’m going to let it age 2-3 months due to it having a little harshness to it. I think it will become smoother with time.
