Australian Cabernet Sauvignon Wine Kit - RJS Cru

The Australian Cabernet Sauvignon Wine Kit - RJS Cru made a very good 30 bottles of red wine! The ph was on the low end and the specific gravity resulted in a 12.5% alcohol. I left the must in the primary fermenter 2 extra weeks so when bottling the sample had a deep body (tanins not overpowering). Going to set this on the rack for 2-3 years before trying that 1st bottle. Think this is a winner!
