My wife loves white wine in the summer. I have dabbled in beer and wine making in the past and had the equipment. So I paged through your menu of wine types and settled on the Australian Chardonnay kit. My wife loves the wine and has given enough away to friends that I made 2 more batches (another chardonnay and a red blend. Easy to make, easy to brag about and I will keep making more for the future.
