This was a repeat! We loved the quality of this wine kit. The wine we produced with it was rich and bold with excellent finish. There was nothing lacking. We just ordered our second kit.

So far so good

just bottled the Trinity Blend today. It smells good, and even a first taste its not bad. I plan to age it 12-15 months before drinking, although I will be tasting it every few months, to see how its coming along. I recommend this wine kit.

Added fruit ( Blackberrys)

Love the trinity! I cut one gallon required and add a gallon of Blackberry wine receipt on top of the five gallon batch and let the fermentation begin , about 10 days and into the carboy it went , bottled it at 46 days. Wonderful good luck !

This the second year I purchased Trinity Red Cab. The wine is excellent drinking wine.It beats average commercial Cab and it aligned itself with known commercial Cab.
