Excellent light white wine. Have shared with many friends, al uniform agreement that it is an EXCELLENT wine. Most do not believe that it is home brewed.

Turns out great every time, I tend to leave it in the carboy for a few more weeks than the instructions recommend. I also use super smoother at bottling.

Had friends and family review and taste the wine this weekend at a delayed Christmas party. Made me blush, that good!
