I haven't bottled this batch yet, but sampling the progress tastes great and anxious to enjoy the wine.

So far so good

Ordered 2 kits from RJS En Premier, they are still at the first fermentation stage but so far it has only been a pleasant experience. The shipping came in time, the packages contain everything needed with well laid out instructions. The grape skins are a big plus.

Nice Rich Batch

This is my second batch of wine so I went with an upgraded kit. What was off this time was the pack had two bags of skins and two sets of Potassiium Sorbate. Not sure if it was intentional. During the fermentation process, I felt the 6 Gallon Carboy to be small based on instructions. The skins + fermentation kept pushing the lid of the carboy to open. Waiting for clearing and bottling now.
