A massive planting of Riesling grapes at Schloss Johannisberg in 1720 contributed to Germany becoming the Riesling capital that it is today. Clean, crisp, and slightly fruity, this German-style wine creates an aromatic, flowery wine with flavors of apricot, peach, apple, and pear. Riesling is a natural match for Asian cuisine as well as white fish, chicken, and pork.

I don't know what went wrong; I followed all the instructions, but the batch never began perking. I'll chalk it up to user error and try another kit soon.
