Return to Wine making

Great kit as a starting point in my return to wine making after a 40 year absence. Followed instructions, no issues in fermenting, clarified quickly, did an extra rack during clarification and polishing. Wine came out crystal clear, bottled it 4 weeks after start. First bottle has been consumed with friends. Everyone very pleased with the flavor and nose! Will make again since it was a fun and easy project. Have already scaled up and have additional batches going! Great kit!
