Turned out great. 2nd brown ale I have done and it was very consistent. This one required the "Fizz Pellets" which worked as they were supposed to. Tasted very good.
This was the first kit my son and I ever made.
So we really don't have a reference point. Pretty good I think (I enjoy brown ales).
First few bottles were kind of meh (but they were towards the tail end of the filling and we only waited 2 weeks)
Bottles that followed over time became better and better.
Would recommend waiting at least 3 weeks before opening bottles.
