A bouquet of black cherries and plump dark fruit are framed by the ample aromas of tobacco and dark coffee. Fermented on GenuWine Winery Grape Skins and French oak, this full-bodied dry wine is fruit-forward, yet showcases an array of spicy flavors on the finish.
En Primeur Winery Series showcases the expertise and commitment to carry on the age-old winemaking traditions as practiced in the finest grape-growing areas of the world.

|Includes Grape Skins||Yes|
Ordered 2 kits from RJS En Premier, they are still at the first fermentation stage but so far it has only been a pleasant experience. The shipping came in time, the packages contain everything needed with well laid out instructions. The grape skins are a big plus.
This is my second batch of wine so I went with an upgraded kit. What was off this time was the pack had two bags of skins and two sets of Potassiium Sorbate. Not sure if it was intentional. During the fermentation process, I felt the 6 Gallon Carboy to be small based on instructions. The skins + fermentation kept pushing the lid of the carboy to open. Waiting for clearing and bottling now.
Very nice flavor
My Zinfandel kit is not quite done yet,but so far,everyting is just fine.This must be my 15th kit and every one has been excellent.
Just bottled the Italian Zin, and appears to be a solid wine. Love the flavor and fullness going from secondary to bottle. Will cellar for at least a year before thinking about trying. Only reason for 4 versus 5 stars was the price. Seems a little high for a non-specialty batch, but time will tell...
