Classic German hops

Great flavor/aroma hop for any German, and many other continental, styles. Works well as a bittering hop in low-IBU beers.

Peak Nobility

I'll spare you my high praise for this hop in general, and instead tell you the more relevant detail: the packaging is consistently excellent, and the hops in good shape

German Hallertau Hop are the staple of German lagers

German Hallertau Hop are the staple of German lagers. They are mild, slightly flowery and somewhat spicy.

Tried and true

Hallertau hops are my go-to for my favorite type of beer, which is German Hefeweizen. They are relatively low AAU, 3-5%, but you don't need much to bring out the slight fruity flavor you want in a Hefeweizen. Great price and fast shipping. Definitely recommend them.
