Weyermann Floor‑Malted Bohemian Dark Malt is a heritage specialty malt made from Bojos and Malz barley varieties, malted on the floor in Bohemia and kilned in a Munich style. This malt offers intense earthy malt aromas, deep malt sweetness, and layers of biscuit and toffee.
With moderate enzymatic activity, this malt can be used up to 100% of the grain bill in many styles, bringing bold malt character without harsh roast.
