Just bottled my Master Vintner Weekday Wine Kit. Really very nice. I gave it the 5-star rating for both value and drinkability. Yes, higher end kits will deliver a more complex wine, but this line creates crisp, clear, pleasant tasting wine. It cleared very well on its own in the final stabilizing step. I also filtered it because I filter all of my wines. Very nice appearance in both color and clarity. This was my first time using Weekday Wine kits. I also did a Pinot Grigio. Great results. I do a lot of wine making from juices I purchase. This last group, I decided to go with kits. Will use these again.

Very easy and complete instructions. I have been brewing fresh fruit wines for 15 years and this process is so much less time consuming. Wine is in final clearing stage and will be bottling next week. Will definitely be trying a variety of grape wines.

I made this Chard per the instructions, with the exception of a little more oak in the secondary. It cleared beautifully and I kegged it after only a couple of weeks of rest, as i didn’t have any bottles. It’s great. Unfortunately it’s really easy to drink now! It’s really good really fast. I’m sure it would age well, but i don’t have the time or the bottles. :-O

This is a winner everyone who had tried it loves it and when it gets to be around two it's the BOMB!
