I had a few problems with the kit. There were no Instructions. I didn't know when to add what. A couple of the packages I dont know what to do with. I tried going online to get a better sense of what I was doing but the websites each had different instructions. So I did make a batch but it doesn't look to promising. I dont know what I did wrong.
No issues. Everything was good to go.
Super novice here. Loved having everything needed with the exception of a beaker-type container deep enough to use the hydrometer. 1 gallon of liquid in the bucket is not deep enough. The directions could be clearer. For example following the step-by-step directions, when it came to adding the yeast after 24 hours, I turned to the yeast directions and found that I needed to make a starter that should sit for 24 hours also. Should have started it the same day I started putting the ingredients together in my bucket.
This is a great kit everything you need to get started.
