Product Details

This smoothly robust blend highlights the apricot, yellow peach, pear, and honeysuckle notes of Viognier, underscoring them with the acidity and minerality and crisp apple, lime, and stone fruit from Riesling, wrapping it all with the pineapple, mango, and papaya aromas of Chardonnay. Fresh and balanced yet lush, it's complemented by hints of vanilla and a lingering finish of stone fruits.

Rich enough to verge on red wine pairings, this wine works well with heavy cream and mushroom sauces, rich seafood such as lobster or crab, or soft-ripened cheeses like Brie.

this is a drinkable kit wine at bottling. still trying to find that go to white wine kit. Maybe this will be it in a month or so.

Agentinia Style Trio is a good winw

I just bottled this wine earlier this week. It had been ready for some time, but I let it sit for a month after clarifying to make sure it was as clear as I could make it. Naturally, I tasted it before going to the effort of bottling. I thought it was good as did my friend. Crisp, dry, and a nice blend. The Chardonnay comes through as a hint at the end.

Excellent Blend

Tasting for the first time at bottling. This wine has a rich fruit flavor one may mistakenly think it is off dry. It’s not. Can't wait to see how it develops over the next few months.

Good if you like sweet wines

I am more of a Syrah, Red Zin drinker, but wanted to try a white wine (I like dry white blends). I been bulk aging for 4 months and it is sweeter than I care for. Not to the level of dessert wine, maybe like what white zin would taste like if it were good(?). For people who like sweeter wines, it is fine. For me, I wish it were drier... It is definitely a quality product, just not to my taste. Hopefully in a few months I will like it better.
